Swan KR-101 is used to measure the temperature of the pipeline wall, flow rate, instantaneous flow rate and the amount of liquid in the pressure pipelines of heat supply and sewerage systems, determining the distribution of flows without tapping into the existing pipeline (DN20 – 1600 mm). It differs from KR-01 in the absence of the ability to measure the wall thickness of the pipeline.
Scope of application of the Swan KR-101 flow meter:

• Water: artesian, clean drinking, sewage, hot (except recycled water with good gas purification), Siamese, river, with impurities, aerated, etc.
• Liquids: acids, acetones, alkalis, coagulant solutions, alcohols and their solutions, etc.
• The flow meter consists of an electronic unit – PB and primary converters, hereinafter - PP.

Ultra-sensitive flow meter sensors allow you to measure flow rates in pipelines with deposits, as well as in pipelines gummed from the inside with cement, rubber, etc. The Lebed KR-101 flowmeter is used with overhead ultrasonic transducers attached externally to the existing pipeline without violating its integrity and stopping the technological process without special requirements for the accuracy of the installation. The kit of the Lebedev KR-101 flowmeter provides continuous probing of steam with ultrasonic pulses of constant frequency and the conversion of the Doppler shift of the frequency spectrum of reflections, depending on the flow rate, into a pulse signal of proportional frequency, its processing and digital measurement of the amount of steam in cumulative totals with a scale factor set by the cross section of the pipeline and digital indication of the instantaneous value of the volumetric flow rate. Readings are read from a digital multifunction indicator located on the front panel of the device. The operator enters the inner diameter of the pipeline using the keyboard located on the front panel of the device. The flow meter is installed on pipelines with nominal passage diameters from 20 to 1600 mm with a wall thickness from 2 to 20 mm - for metal pipelines. The limit of the permissible relative error of converting the flow rate into the pulse frequency and measuring the amount of liquid is ± 2% in the flow range from 3 to 100%, and in the entire temperature range.
